It was just really weird. One of them would reply to a thread with something like "my contact in the network says we're close to signing Christiano RONALDO" and dozens of posters would go ballistic, "someone ban this cunt", "I thought multiple usernames were against the rules", "all he does is post bollocks" etc etc or it would be posting threads like "The greatest 6 wing-backs to ever play for West Ham" which would lead to 300+ replies of bickering and abuse and threats of violence.
Every week or so someone would post a WHOicide saying they're no longer posting cos of "the network" as well. I honestly couldn't get my head round the outrage.

I can't imagine why posters would even entertain the idea of being drawn into slanging matches online. I couldn't be arsed with going back and forth trying to gain the upper hand.
Don't get me wrong, it probably keeps this site ticking over, but fuck getting the needle over comments made by some faceless wonder.
